    Before: Available 24/7
    After: Available daily from 19:00 - 12:00 (Paused from 12:00 - 19:00)
    Effective immediately.
    This adjustment aims to optimize system resources and ensure service stability. ₱15 and above top-ups remain available 24/7. We will notify you once optimization is complete.

    • Bulk Recharge Congestion Reminder

      Dear EEPAY users,

      Between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM daily, bulk recharge requests experience high queue times. To avoid delays, we recommend scheduling bulk recharges outside peak hours. Alternatively, single recharge is available to bypass the queue.
